Making a difference one word at a time.
Hi, I’m Alaa. I provide personalized, playful, and evidence-based speech & language therapy. Together, we build communication skills that empower children and adults to connect fully with the world.
Alaa Soueid
I am an enthusiastic, passionate speech and language pathologist dedicated to helping children and adults find their voice. Having studied at the prestigious Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut, I combine academic rigor with a warm, energetic approach.
My practice is based in Beirut, Lebanon. Because communication has no borders, I also support families from Congo Pointe-Noire in hybrid and offer specialized online teletherapy sessions around the world.
How I Support You
Speech therapy is more than just talking. It’s about building functional, life-changing connections through three essential pillars.
Tailored Services
Every assessment is the starting point for a unique therapy plan. I design individual, target-driven objectives around each patient’s unique strengths and needs.
Flexible Work Settings
Therapy should happen where you feel most comfortable. I practice in private clinics, hospitals, schools, during home visits, or via remote online teletherapy.
Active Collaboration
I work hand-in-hand with pediatricians, doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, schools, and teachers to build a strong, coordinated support system.
"Speech therapy isn't just about clinic goals. It is about unlocking confidence, fostering connection, and making a difference one word at a time."
Every child and adult deserves the tools to express their thoughts, emotions, and needs. My mission is to make speech-language pathology accessible, positive, and deeply personalized for every family I work with.
Clinical Practice Areas
I support a wide range of needs across early childhood, school-age kids, and adults. Here are some of my primary areas of focus.
Oral Language
Helping children overcome speech delays, articulation issues, and expressive language barriers.
Written Language
Supporting reading and writing struggles, dyslexia, and overall academic language processing.
Non-Verbal & AAC
Implementing alternative and augmentative communication strategies for non-verbal individuals.
